Ashley McKeown

Ashley Goldberg-McKeown is the daughter-in-law of Jim McKeown, the founder of Likely Stories on KWBU. She too is a lover of books. A voracious reader from the age of 7, books are literally her happy place. Ashley graduated culinary school in 2006, and spent a good part of her life working many jobs at the Waco legend, Buzzard Billy's. She is the mother of one beautiful little girl. In order to be on the same schedule as her daughter she took a job at a preschool five years ago, and while her daughter moved on, Ashley never left. Her days are filled with loving sweet babies. She also enjoys cooking and caters with her husband at Camp Fimfo. Ashley said “I am a born and bred Wacoan, and this community has meant the world to me. Let's review some books!”
