It's a part of life to feel stressed and perhaps even burned out from time to time. However, burnout is a major issue in healthcare with some studies putting the the figure at 50 percent or higher.

Will Burney

Will Burney is a Texas State Graduate with a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications. He began his career in Houston working as a sound mixer for commercials and films, as well as a photographer. In 2016, he began working in Waco on the Texas Music Cafe handling marketing, editing, and producing feature segments. In his spare time, he enjoys long walks on the beach and his fluffy black cat named Bear.

Glenn Robinson

Glenn Robinson has been the President of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest since September 2007. He previously held several CEO positions at hospitals in Texas, Oregon, and South Carolina. A Georgia native and graduate of the University of Alabama, Glenn completed graduate school at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
