Texas Universities Scramble In Response To New International Student Rule

The international student population at Texas State University in San Marco is relatively small, but a university official says those students are "extremely important" to campus culture.

Texas State and the University of Houston are looking into more in-person instruction options since international students can no longer stay in the United States while taking only online classes.
