Waco Regional Airport sees cancelled flights following FAA flight cuts

Four of the six scheduled American Airlines flights between Waco Regional Airport and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport were cancelled Friday as part of the 10% reduction in flights ordered by the FAA.

James Harris, Airport Manager, said in a statement that American Airlines would operate one morning departure and one evening arrival between the two airports over the weekend. Next week’s schedule is yet to be determined.

In an update on their website, American Airlines said travelers who face cancellations or choose not to travel can change their flight or request a refund with no penalties.
