The City of Waco is developing its Annual Action Plan to improve housing and community development in the city. The Annual Action Plan is shaped by community input in the needs assessment survey.
The survey asks questions related to affordable housing, homelessness in Waco and public needs. Community respondents can remain anonymous in their answers.
The survey can be found here and is accepting responses until March 3.
Survey responses will direct the use of federal funds from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
