Weaver discusses her experience in the military as a US Navy Nurse Corp Nurse, her strong ties to family, her business development and her unwavering commitment to community building through nonprofit work. Weaver serves on the board of several nonprofits in Waco, including the National Women in Agriculture, City Center Waco, and serves as ambassador for the Centex African American Chamber of Commerce.
