October is the month for cultural celebrations. Doreen Ravenscroft, founder and Executive Director of the Cultural Arts of Waco, talks about this year’s Waco Cultural Arts Fest which runs September 30th through October 2nd. And later in October, the second annual Dia de los Muertos Parade and Festival.
