July 25 News Roundup + Interview with Starving the Dream authors

In this episode, KWBU's Molly-Jo Tilton and guest host Sam Shaw will be taking a look at priority points in the first special session of 2025 - including responses to the Hill Country flooding and a mid-decade redistricting.

They'll also talk about some change-ups coming to the Waco City Council next year and the Metropolitan Planning Organization's plans for improving six dangerous intersections.

Plus, JB Smith interviews two of the authors of Starving the Dream: Student Hunger and the Hidden Cost of Campus Affluence, Nathan Alleman and Sarah Madsen.
