Rev. Dr. Geneece Goertzen is a prolific researcher on topics related to domestic violence. As a survivor of more than two decades of domestic violence herself, she is passionate about awareness, advocacy, and validating survivor experiences, including disability and chronic illness that can result from abuse. Geneece is the author of Taking It Seriously: A Faith Leaders Guide to Domestic Violence.
